At Creating the Difference, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your bowling performance gear. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that customized or drilled bowling balls are not eligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our fulfillment center using your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
